If you need to return an item, please open a ticket with the RMA (Return) Department. Except as otherwise specified on an individual basis on the invoice, all items sold by are covered by a 30-day defect warranty. In this context, defect refers to manufacturing flaws. We are not liable for any damages caused by the work of other technicians. Returns of Products purchased under this agreement will be governed by our Return policies in effect on the date of the invoice. reserves the right, at any time, to change or eliminate such policies. makes no representations or warranties regarding the Products. Except for brand new products, will charge a 20% restocking fee for all non-damaged returns (Refurbished, New Bulk Pack, New Pull, NOB, Clean Tested Items). Factory-sealed, brand new, or retail items, on the other hand, must be returned in their original condition and are subject to the "check retail/brand new" section. All returns must be in resalable condition. must issue a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for all product returns.

Defective Product Exchange is returned to at the expense of the customer. Return products will be shipped via ground service, and we will charge an additional shipping fee if the customer requires a faster shipment. Please review the Product Condition Specification on the Terms & Conditions page to ensure the product's condition. If you make a mistake in selecting the correct product and request that we return it and/or refund you, we will NOT accept your request.

All products in retail boxes are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, which must be obtained directly from the manufacturer in order to obtain a (RMA) number and shipping instructions. We will not accept any retail or manufacturer warranty products for return. All returns and replacements must be handled directly with the manufacturer after the first 15 days of the invoice. Manufacturer warranties differ depending on the product category.

Products marked "Manufacturer Warranty" are NOT covered by and are serviced directly by the manufacturer. does not guarantee the warranty on these items and is not responsible for authorizing returns. The terms and conditions of the respective manufacturer govern these products. For more information, please contact the manufacturer.

Customers have up to 15 days from the date of the invoice to submit a return ticket if the product is Dead on Arrival (DOA). We do not accept any product that has been physically damaged by the customer. If you receive damaged merchandise, please notify the shipper and us immediately. If the damage is obvious, please contact us and refuse the order. We insure the majority of orders. All customer return request forms must be completed within 15 days of the date of purchase in order to return products. 

Any purchase returned to must be returned within 30 days of the invoice date.

The customer pays return shipping for all defective product returns; pays freight to the customer. does not provide price protection on previously shipped products. Any returned product that has had its price reduced is processed at the current price. 

Products that have been burned will not be replaced or refunded. We must be notified of any damaged or missing products within three days of receiving the package, or we will refuse the request.

All approved refunds will be equal to the current value or sale price of the returned product at, whichever is lower, less any applicable fees and/or charges. 

According to the reason for the return, the following rules apply: 


Boxes that have not been opened (brand new/retail, factory sealed items): If you contact us within 10 days of the delivery date, you will be charged a minimum 30% and up to 35% restocking fee.


Item that is defective: Once we receive the defective item, we will send a replacement to the customer. Items that are defective will only be replaced with the same model. If the replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund.


Wrong Item Received: The correct item will be shipped to you as soon as we receive the incorrect item. 

Damaged in Transit Item: Please refuse the shipment if you receive a shipping carton with obvious damage. These damages are the responsibility of the shipping company, not you. If you discover that the product was damaged during shipment after opening the carton, contact the carrier for an inspection. If your order was shipped via carrier and arrives damaged, save the original packing materials and notify the carrier. Please contact us and will file a claim on your behalf.


Software and license: Both the license and the software are non-refundable. There will be no refund if you cancel. 

We need the following information to submit an RMA request: 

a) Order number

b) Serial number

c) Reason for return and next steps

d) Whether the box has been opened or is still factory sealed

International orders and shipping associated with international orders are always at the customer's expense—returns are always at the customer's expense. In any case, the customer will be responsible for all taxes and/or duties. Customers' shipping fees for both domestic and international shipping will never be refunded by 

Failure to return a product within the applicable return period, or within 15 days, will be considered acceptance of the product. The returned product must be received by within 15 days of the RMA being issued, or the RMA will be void.
