If you need to return a purchased item, please submit a ticket to the RMA (Return) Department. The return products will be sent via ground shipments and we will charge extra shipping costs if the customers require a fast shipment. Please check the Product Condition Specification in the Terms & Conditions page make sure about the condition of the product. If you make mistake to choose the right product and request us to return the product and/or refund, we'll NOT accept this kind of request.

All products in retail boxes are subject to the manufacturer's warranty and the manufacturer must be contacted directly in order to obtain an (RMA) number and shipping instructions. We will not take back any retail or manufacturer warranty products. After the first 15 days of the invoice, all returns and replacements must be handled directly with the manufacture. Manufacturer's warranties vary by product category.

Products that are marked with "Manufacturer Warranty" are NOT covered by and are directly serviced by the manufacturer. does not claim responsibility for the warranty of these items and is not responsible to authorize any returns. These products are governed by the terms and conditions of the respective manufacturer. Please contact the manufacturer for further details.

If the product is Dead on Arrival (DOA), customers have a time period of up to 15 days from the date of the invoice to submit the return ticket. We do not take any product back if it is physically damaged by the customer. Please notify the shipper and us immediately if you receive the damaged merchandise. If the damage is visible, then call us and refuse the order. We insure most orders. To return products all customer return request forms must be completed within 15 days from the date of purchase.
Any purchase returned to must be returned within 30 days from the date of invoice.

For all Defective Product returns, the customer prepays return shipping; will pay freight to the Customer. does not offer price protection on products that have already shipped. Any return of a product that has had a price drop is processed at the then-current price.

Any kinds of burned products will not be replaced or refunded. The damaged or missing product must be notified within 3 days upon receipt of the package else we will refuse the request.

All approved refunds will be the current value or sale price of the returned product at, whichever is lower, minus any applicable fee and/or charges.

The following rules apply according to the reason for return:

Unopened or Opened box (brand new/retail, factory sealed items): A minimum 30% and up to 35% restocking fee (from March 9, 2020) will be applied if you contact within 10 days of the delivery date.

Defective item: A replacement will be sent to the customer once we receive the defective item. Defective items will be replaced with the same model only. If the replacement is not available, we will give you a full refund for the item.

Received Wrong Item: The correct item will be shipped to you immediately upon our receipt of the incorrect item.
Item Damaged in Transit: If you receive a shipping carton that shows obvious damage, please refuse the shipment. The shipping carrier is responsible for these damages, not you. If, upon opening the carton, you discover that the product was damaged during shipment, contact the carrier for inspection. If your order was shipped via the carrier and arrives damaged, save the original packing materials and call the carrier to report the damage. Then please contact us and will file a claim.

License and software: License and software are non-returnable. No cancellation, no refund.

To submit an RMA request, we require information:

  1. a) Order number
  2. b) Serial number
  3. c) Reason for return & Action to take
  4. d) Whether the box has been opened or is manufacturer sealed

International orders and shipping associated with international orders-returns are always at the customer's expense. All the taxes and/or duties will be paid by the customer in any case. will never refund shipping fees to the customers for both U.S. and international shipping.

Failure to return a product within the applicable return period or 15 days will be deemed an acceptance of the product. must receive the returned product within 15 days upon issue of the RMA or the RMA will be void.
